"Staff at the hotel were super friendly and welcoming. The shuttle service was a nice added touch. I will say the only down side to the property was the noise at night. Granted this was a Saturday evening but I found that the rooms were not well sound proofed and I could here conversations from the hallway well into the early hours in the morning which made it difficult to sleep.
I would certainly stay at the hotel again but perhaps id pack some ear plugs for the next time"
"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Clean, spacious, free breakfast, pick up and drop off at the airport. Completely satisfied!
Shout out to the following employees: Susan, Shaun, Kayla, Raphael. Very warm reception and accommodating. Thanks again! "
"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccably clean and big. We had two king beds, a sitting area and large sink/mirror area. The parking was right out front and we were able to see our car from our room. We would stay here again!"
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warwick-Providence (Arpt) by IHG
8/10 Good
"Nice sized room with a sofa that was a great touch. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Keurig in the room, which was a great feature as I was there for 4 nights. The evening staff was very kind.
I was there while I was working night shift so I didn’t interact with the day shift staff often, so I cannot comment on their helpfulness.
It is a quiet location, right next to an interstate on ramp so getting places was simple.
The only downside is that the hotel is dated and a bit run down on the floors and in the room. That is a minor downside as everything is in working condition and available.
Overall it was the best lodging that I had while working in Providence. I had been using Airbnb, which was so awful that I have completely sworn off that platform for life. So thank you, Holiday Inn for salvaging my experience. "
