"A relaxing hideaway away from the CBD, yet close enough by car. Super spacious rooms and beds. Very reasonable prices for food and drinks. Staff are lovely and the Island night is a must for a great dinner and show."
"Beautiful grounds and our room was spacious, clean and inviting. Friendly staff however room got cleaned daily but towels not sufficiently replenished. Got back to hotel one night after being out all day and had no towels for a shower. Desk is not 24 hours so was a mission to get help. Restaurant food is pretty basic but the service was spot on. Hat off to the staff that looked after car parking. He alerted me to the fact that the tyre pressure for our rental was low. Lucky for us as we were about to do a long drive around savaii. Faafetai Amoa. It was nice to meet you. I would love to come back but i think the room rates are too high."
"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients at every meal. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 😊"
"Great resort option! We chose this place because it advertised nice pools and great beach front/reef to snorkel at. We got more than we bargainined for- starting with the lovely staff, very helpful and friendly- we didnt know at the tim eof booking but RTP is samoan owned and run. Great food, we enjoyed the Sunday lunch buffet with live music and other trip to the restuarant. Awesome bird life all around the resort. Super apacious rooms, we were in a garden view room- where you could see the ocean as well. We enjoyed plenty of time by the beach and in ther water. snorkelling is BEST around low tide. It was nice to have water filling stations around the resort. Highly recommend"
"The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities desk but I wasn’t sure where that was located so I went to reception who then called another staff member and told me to wait 5 minutes and they should be out to help me. We waited in the lobby area for 15 to 20 minutes and no one came so I went back to reception and the staff member had forgotten what I was waiting for. I asked him if someone was coming and he said for??? Then I said to use the tennis courts then he replied oh yes you need to go to the activities desk outside and asked him where it’s located. Pointed outside and we headed to the desk only to be told that the tennis courts were booked out for the day. Staff during the buffet breakfast were excellent especially Pesamino. Rooms were great and everything was clean and in good working condition. Overall would stay again"
"Everything was so easy and well organized. Highly Appreciate the helpful cleaners and friendly staff members....Thank you for being the best host and for taking care of our many children. Blessings to you all."
