"We stayed 4 nights in a room with a king size bed, in-room safe, living room with desk and chair, refrigerator and nice large bathroom. The breakfast was in the restaurant onsite and it was very good - lots of options of hot, cold and healthy too. Very friendly staff. A short walk to the main Plaza San Martin, Cathedral, etc. Great location to see a lot of the main sights on foot, good public transportation on the buses (buy a SUBE card) and great restaurants around the area."

"The place looks great in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The building exterior had dirty windows and visible cracks. Inside, the room wasn’t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower. To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price."
