"The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The actual condition of the room and facilities was far below expectations.
There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the room and throughout the property, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The maintenance level was poor, with worn paint, stained curtains, and generally unfinished surfaces.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The food quality was below standard.
After one night, I decided to leave early, even though my reservation...

"The person at the front desk was super rude. I walked in with my wife and he immediately started asking me in a very rude and convicTing way who she was and that I had booked for 1 person. I explained to him and showed him the expedia booking for two people after which he was asking for our paperwork and marriage certificate which I provided. But his tone and conviction really upset me. Won’t be returning to this place again. "

"Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "
