"There was a note on the wall by the thermostat that the noisy, creaky air conditioner was controlled at the window. The receptionist knew the Wi-Fi password but did not know which one of the 5 or 6 Wi-Fi networks available was the hotel's Wi-Fi network. A fire alarm at 4:24 AM emptied the entire hotel. There was no obvious indication at the elevators as to where the exit stairs might be. This is a safety over site. After we found the stairs and exited, we just got into our car and drove away. All-in-all, not up to "Hilton" standards."

"Hold fee for room is ridiculous… Rooms are small and staff are rude. Told us pool open till 11. We went to the pool at 945 and the front desk person rudely told us the pool was closed and asked why she just said I said it was closed. I will be going back to the Holiday Inn express.. "

"The water was plenty hot but it took long to fill. It would be better if the water pressure from the faucet was stronger. Other than that it would good. "

"Parking was easy and safe, the staff were very friendly, my room was clean except for the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling and around the tub, I had to buy mg own toilet paper, I never had room service, been using the same towel all weekend, there was signs everywhere saying No Smoking yet from the elevator you could smell nothing but weed in the entire hallway. "

"I asked for a WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOM AND GOT 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, TRUCKS BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE AND NON HANDICAPPED PEOPLE BLOCK THE ENTRANCE AT ALL TIME OF DAY AND NIGHT. THE DISGUSTING OLD MAN BROKE IN MY ROOM WITHOUT WARNING TO KICK US OUT ONE MORNING, AND THE NEXT STARTED CALLING NON STOP BEFORE 8AM TO KICK ME OUT IN THE COLD AND RAIN AGAIN BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT... Don't worry about the actual drug dealing and prostitution, or TRUCKS BLOCKING THE AMBULANCE BELOW MY WINDOW 2 NIGHTS IN A ROW!!! THANK YOU TO THE ONLY LADY WHO WAS NICE TO ME AND MY FAMILY, BUT I WANT A REFUND AND THE NUMBER FOR SUPER 8 CORPORATE OFFICE. I'M DISABLED AND THAT WAS EMBARRASSING AND ILLEGAL, not to mention LOCKING MY FAMILY OUT IN THE COLD FOR 10 HOURS JUST TO FIND OUT THAT I COULD ACTUALLY PAY, but it isn't easy AFTER MY WALLET WENT MISSING IN MY ROOM!!! REFUND!!!!!!??"

"The stay was good but people in room above in the early morning hours were doing skit of moving around like they we’re remodeling the room and it happened both nights of our stay."
