"Breakfast was great. Lots of options and food was fresh. Only a partial view of the beach, mostly the construction next door. Entrance to the hotel can be easily missed and exit westbound typically requires first going eastbound then finding a means of turning around."

"I visited Orange Beach for the first time for my birthday. Everything was easily accessible and the hotel was right on the beach. Checking in went smoothly and the staff are very friendly! Only bad thing was that the parking is actually $15 per night and not $10 a night. When I entered my hotel room, it was super cleaned and had sweet treats. I booked the balcony and I had a great view of the beach. If you plan on visiting here for your birthday, don’t forget to mention it to the staff. They made my special day extra special. The staff treated me to small gifts and even a free drink to the Tiki bar ( I don’t drink alcohol so offered me a virgin daiquiri instead). I am forever grateful for staying at this hotel. It made everything worth it!"

"Room had a musty smell. Tv was on when we entered room. Found out why cause the volume button did not work so you couldn't turn tv down. Decided to unplug it for awhile but when we tried to turn it back on no luck. Was without tv for the rest of stay. When we unplug tv microwave and other things cut off. There was a power strip behind cabinet that the tv was above that several things were plugged into to and it kinda smelled hot. There were 2 or 3 outlets that did not work so i guess that explained the power strip. Toilet paper holder was torn off wall and the mattresses on beds were horrible. If you check in and they say room 104 you best decline. "

"It said beach view but what I got was the lazy river and a hill off sand and some water. The room was clean. I didn’t like the fact that it says breakfast included but you have to pay for that in addition and you have to pay for parking. I told my husband that the things that use to be complimentary they are now nickel and diming you to death. Bottle water in the room should be complimentary but they charge you for it. The room was nice and the staff friendly but it was overpriced. Did I pay it? Yes. But I won’t do it again. I don’t feel as though I got what I paid for. I was a little disappointed. "
