Wingate by Wyndham Lexington
6/10 Okay
"Room had cobwebs and the bathroom had black mold on ceiling over tub/shower. Bed was comfortable and clean. Not a terrible experience, staff was attentive location was convenient. Would have changed rooms if there for multiple nights. "
"I did not receive housekeeping because I only stayed for two nights. But it was available upon request. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but several things did not work. The TV remote wouldn’t turn on the television, the drain in the sink would not stay up, the shower was finicky, and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Also the walls were quite thin. There was a family with children staying several rooms down from me and I could still hear them, causing quite a ruckus."

"The property needs some maintenance…..paint peeling in several areas, tub stopper not working and just laying off to the side, fridge/freezer had a big block of ice taking up space for items we wanted to refrigerate. Beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. Staff was amazing. Overall, I’d recommend to family and friends. I was somewhat surprised though that bfast wasn’t included in the room price like in other hotels. "
"Everything as expected except one big thing: Paid extra $14 for what was called "private hot tub." Well, it wasn’t a hot tub, but in-room jetted tub. Hot tubs and jetted tubs are completely different products. Neither good nor bad, but I wouldn't have paid the difference for a jetted tub; and didn’t use it."
"Nice hotel, nice rooms. The pool was wonderfully warm after a long day of driving. Breakfast was great… a nice variety, good temperature, and beverage variety also. It is a bit of a walk from lobby/elevator to the breakfast room for those with mobility limitations."
"Pool was dirty with greenish tint to water. Hot tub water was green with anger all over walls, floor and seats of hot tub. Room smelled musky. Small shower. Uncomfortable beds. "
"One of the best values in the region. Clean, comfortable room. Away from the city, but still convenient to everything. Some hot items on contental breakfast."
