Everything was clean. I was surprised about the mid breakfast being priced at $19 per person. Everyone was helpful and professional. Will likely return.

The Lodge at Spruce Peak, a Destination by Hyatt Residence
The room was clean and spotless. There was a small kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was pleasant and courteous for the Christmas season. My only concerns was the long wait with the valet service for the car which varied between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the time of day.

The room was exceedingly comfortable, well stocked, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I had a lovely time.

Smugglers' Notch Resort Private Suites
This multi level accommodation was great for our family, however, not suitable for those who have limited mobility. My 90 year old grandmother was limited to her basement room as the steep stairs to the mid level living room was too much for her. Great for a small young family.
