The staff were wonderful. The hotel and the room was clean, all staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. Some areas for improvement: The shower door would not slide open, the bed was not very comfortable, and the iron in the room was not functioning properly (leaking water all over the clothes I attempted to iron rather than steam). Also, 1 of the 2 room keys did not function.

Great spot, would stay here again!

Friendly staff, very convenient location, nice rooms with ample clean linen and high quality toiletries. Didn’t get a chance to swim but the pool looked lovely and clean! Unbeatable spot to stay in if you’re in town for the Renn Faire!

Went to Fairburn for the Ren Fair, and this was probably the best place I’ve ever stayed in my past three years of going. The staff was friendly and great to be around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning is the best I’ve ever gotten out of a hotel before, and some of the food they offer changes day to day. Overall, amazing experience, and I’ll definitely be staying again next year :)

I forgot my phone charger in the room. The hotel contacted me and offered to mail it back to me if I needed it. They held it and I picked it back up on my way home. The hotel was much nicer than anything inside of Atlanta and in every way.

I wish they would reinvest some money to make the property a little better. Some outlets were worn out, bathroom vent didnt work, pool was not cleaned. However the staff was great, Beverly at the front desk was amazing to interact with and breakfast was pretty good too.

Decent stay, just off highway, dog friendly, room clean, hallways not so much. Dumpster area open with debris all over, made walking anround outside with dog less appealing. Not a deal breaker. Breakfast included, options plentiful. Would stay again

It works in a pinch close to airport

Check in staff was fantastic. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel itself could use some cleaning and upkeep. Limited hot water for me. I was kept up most of the night by a party, walls are thin. It was an ok stay but overpriced

Room, especially the floor and bathroom were dirty. My husband went to get a towel and it looked like it wasn’t even washed. Toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and there were several unrepaired holes in the wall and ceiling. And the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while.

Do not stay here

Room was rundown. Walls damaged. Paint on the fixtures. Mirror closet door did not close properly. Front desk staff were not very good at there job. Definitely not what i would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

Disappointing

They didnt know what rooms have bathtubs so we had to haul everything to 3 different rooms and finally said the hell with it and just stayed in the kast room they gave us. Tied to ask house keeping which room had tubs but nobody spoke english. Very disappointing as we stay in other hampton inns and they know where tubs are.

The Expedia website stated the double room slept 5 people, when I got there, the room did not sleep that many and the General Manager would not accommodate my family with a comp room, because they stated it wasn't there fault but the 3rd party. I had to pay for another room after already paying for 2-rooms that wasn't what was stated on the site! BAD customer service at the GM level (the women at the front desk were very apologetic)
