"Stayed overnight one night traveling through for business easy to get off interstate 70 room was nice for a business night"

"Staff acts weird gives you weird looks there is dirt and dried blood on the walls where they had the flood they did not clean properly flickering lights burn out lights different electrical issues and other problems there is a sewage backup and a flood and they didn't even clean their carpets"

"Breakfast was great, hotel was being remodeled, but it did not cause any issues. The pool was pleasantly warm"

"The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Ours had rust stains around the drain, and the stopper was not in place dirt in the corners. The headboard was old Naga Hyde, fake leather? And it was peeling into the bedsheets at one point I thought it was bugs until I realized what it was. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, lobby, breakfast amenities, or excellent."

"Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us. The third room that we were assigned appeared unused for a long time as there were stains/rings in the toilet. It should have been cleaned again. But we were too tired to get yet another room. The breakfast foods (rolls) did not appear fresh as they were dry and hard. Coffee was unavailable on the.2 days that we attempted to eat there. The fitness center did not have towels in them and the water jug was not hooked up so was unusable. We would not recommend this hotel to other travelers."
