"Shuttle worked perfectly. The hotel was clean and we had no problem with any of the amenities. Staff was friendly and we would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel carpet was not vacuumed and there is a big red stain in front of the refrigerator. The bathroom tub had someone else’s hair in it. The tub has permanent stains inside it. Some of the hotel towels were soiled and had someone’s hair on it. The water went through the fabric shower curtain & left standing water on the floor after using the shower. "

"The rooms were very comfortable and just as described. The walls were paper thin and our neighboring suite woke us up in the middle of the night while they were leaving. Also, while I appreciate the thought put into sanitization in spaces,wrapping cups individually, and even the remote controls, is more than excessive and environmentally irresponsible."
