The front desk staff ( from check-in to check-out and everyone in between), every one of them were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed them. "My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable.The location of the hotel is also good. While we were in Brussels, we took a local train to Braine L'Alleud station to visit Waterloo battlefield/Lion's Mound. The museum was excellent and climbing 225 steps was worth the trouble. I will recommend the hotel."

"This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar."
