"I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...

"The only thing that I like was there was protection on the facility, It was clean they came and cleaned the room but I booked that room. And they didn’t seem to acknowledge that, my fiance just went there the day before I flew in and when I entered. The key should of been handed to me, not him he was wondering why that was too"

"The basic facilities appear to be ok. However, they need to work better on their food.The quality of the food is not good enough, and you do not get value for your money. Despite my complaint, nothing was done about it."
