It greatly enriched the experience and immersion into the local culture and extraordinary ancient history of Urfa and Harran. However the hotelier rejected the confirmation and insisted that he needed to confirm it himself. As it turned out he had a room and we did book in after a half hour of conversation about how he needed to get hotels.com to recognize that he wanted to confirm"
