It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. "Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "We enjoyed a very warm and friendly welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We liked the simple but delicious, hot and quickly served dinner menu. Breakfast was self service so again quick and hot and very tasty which suited us as we were keen to eat and get on our way. On arriving home I realised that I had left some belongings in the room, after a quick call to the hotel these were posted to me within a couple of hours and at a very reasonable cost. we were a mum and teenage daughter travelling but I would say that the hotel has a great, slightly separate, dining area for families with young children which had toys, high chairs and a tv showing Peppa Pig. I really would highly recommend this hotel. "

"I enjoyed an early swim noting a reasonable sized pool and that the cleanliness was good. I was able to use the jacuzzi, steam and sauna room also available. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was good and bathroom although the temperature was quite warm. Tried to alter it but with no luck. "
