"It was a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was never cleaned and we finally asked to have the garbage emptied. We missed not having coffee in the room. There was a coffee maker in the kitchenette but no filters or coffee grounds. It would not have been worth it to buy either for the few days we were there. The beds were fine but not excellent. "

"Always love a citizenM. Chill vibe, always great staff, everything is made easy for sure. No different this time in Paris. My only observation was that the hallways and elevator and carpets looked like they needed paint and replacement. "

"The room did not get cool, unfortunately, which I prefer for sleeping, but it was possible to open the window. Also, no attention was paid to the coffee machine, and as such, it needed to be emptied and therefore did not work. Unfortunately, I had to ask multiple daily for refresher of milk, coffee pods, and even coffee cups. Otherwise, the experience was excellent, as was the location."
