"Our room was very clean and large. All appliances have been updated including the in room large washer and dryer. I wrote down our room number for any travel plans in the future. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff member that was on staff - Saturday afternoon was VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Treated us like we were trash and talked to us with complete attitude about anything. I booked to pay at property..i receive a call at 1pm while traveling to Sarasota saying i needed to pay NOW. I generally book with one card and pay at property with a different card..never a problem when i select pay at property...she says they are busy and i need to pay so they dont cancel my room..i reiterated that i selected pay at property and its not 3pm which is check in time..she stated that because they are busy...i need to pay now...so because we have traveled 4 hours and didn't want to loose our room..i paid..upon arrival there was an additional $50 deposit required...that was not mentioned during her call...her explanation for questions asked...did not make sense to the question asked...it basically came to she wants money and i dont care about nothing else. One question I asked was..what happens if i hold reservation with one card but pay at property with another... she says they can change card number and run it..so i say but what happens with monies pulled off the card that was only to hold the reservation..she says you'll get your money back in 7-10 days... thats not cool..especially if i reserve to pay at property. I understand if was after check-in time but it was 1pm when she told me i needed to pay. And our tv didn't work The Sunday morning staff member was very pleasant. "

"The tub in my room was in horrible condition. Badly stained and mold around the drain made me decide to use rubber flip flops while showering. I did not notice it until the day after I arrived when I prepared to shower. I had a tight schedule and had already settled in so I did not have time to get a new room, but I did take pictures. "

"Staff was helpful for navigating the area, added on a night to our stay without issues. Rooms were clean."

"The room and bed were clean. The hotel was kept up. The a/c worked fine. I didn't have the offered breakfast, so I can't say how it was. Overall it was good and I would stay again."
