We had a lovely stay but woken in the night by a party. The receptionist let herself down when asking how our sleep was- just wasn’t interested in our reply

Evesham

Very friendly hotel in a great spot. Excellent staff. Unrenovated rooms very dated. Large pool also needs an upgrade. Would definitely stay again.

Pretty good

Lovely staff, hotel was pretty good although looked quite tired in places i.e walls with plaster loose. Breakfast was pretty small although tasted pretty good. Mattress on bed was like sleeping on concrete with a sheet over it. Swimming pool is excllent although could do with a spruce up.

Easy check in - and a lovely old style hotel. Lots of corridors and stairs to our nice room . Good sized bedroom and very clean . Bathroom a little dated and the shower lacked a power . Staff were very nice and breakfast very good . The hotel was looking a little tired in places

Very good service excellent food.

Older building with some character, rooms clean and functional but a little tired. Plumbing poor no pressure in the shower. But good bath. Service was really good, excellent help from reception. Breakfast fresh and of very good quality. Had dinner and again couldn't be faulted three course's all excellent. Would stay again

The room was cosy, warm, inviting and everything was there that you needed. The location was quiet and beautiful, The restaurant was great, food superb Lots of places to sit and chill or enjoy the surroundings Swimming pool perfect and warm The gardens are exceptional This hotel is charming and the trees are a speciality in the grounds, I thought it was wonderful

Great Place to Stay

We had a lovely time at the Evesham Hotel. We appreciated the original interior features and character of the building, of which are being preserved. As history lovers we enjoyed learning about the town also.

Perfect place to stay and chill.

The Evesham hotel was a fabulous place to stay. Nice and quiet, room we stayed in (19) was on the top floor with beams and quirky features that made a really comfortable stay, unless you are really tall then the beams may give you the odd bumpy head! Hotel was really clean throughout, staff were lovely and very accommodating. The pool area was also clean and well kept, sadly the sauna was out of use when we stayed. Excellent breakfast, good choice of cereals, fruit, juices, yogurt and pastries, again restaurant area was clean and tidy, would definitely recommend.

Good, but pre-book your evening meal.

Lovely large room.l. Well decorated and clean. The changing rooms for the pool could do with an update, but other than that loved the decor. A little disappointed to find upon arrival that we couldn’t eat there as we hadn’t booked in advance. Was given a list of local restaurants instead, and we chose a good one.

Great hotel and location.

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were really friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really good and everything cooked to perfevtion, unlike some hotels I've stayed in. Hotel situated less than 10 mins walk to the town centre. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Cannot fault the staff, all very friendly and efficient. The hotel is looking tired and dated in certain areas, specially the dining area our bathroom. Bathroom was very dated, the over bath shower had very low water pressure.

Evesham break

We had a duluxe double room that was realy big with a huge comfortable bed. Plenty of storage and good lighting.bathroom was also realy big with the bonus of a bath. All the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was professonially served to order cooked fresh.lovely swimming pool and sauna that was very clean and well presented. beautifully kept garden and onsite free parking.All staff were polite, friendly and professional.would definitely go again.

Excellent warm and friendly service

Excellent service and friendliness all round. Room a bit tired but not a particular problem . Limited toiletries in room which was good as little wastage. Ideally would prefer butter etc nog in individual packets, also biscuits etc in room not individual packets. Overall very happy and would certainly stay again. Also lovely dining room and lounge with pretty garden views
