As many larger cities show, there is a prominent unhoused population in the area. We were not offended or bothered by this. If this doesn’t bother you either, this was a great centralized location to stay and within walking distance to local shops and businesses. Will book here again in the future. "

"Definitely one of the better options in town. Close to 101, downtown, and decent food options in town. Room was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. Only negatives I see are the parking lot being a bit tight and is one way in, one way out. But they’ve done that for security reasons which you can tell they’ve made an effort beyond what other places have done. The other issue was the lack of a security latch on the door and just a standard lock on the window. Would have given more peace of mind on the first floor room."
