"I stayed for 3 nights. I was shocked at how disgusting my room was. The microwave was filthy, bugs flying around the room, bugs in my bed. I forgot toothpaste and went down to get a complimentary toothpaste and no one was in the lobby. Waited for over 10 minutes and a guy finally came out of RR in lobby. He couldn't find any. Asked a lady that finally came in and said they've been on back order for 2 months."

"The pools are fantastic. Rooms are spacious. Bar staff a bit lacking. Parking a bit awkward."

"Such a quiant spot to relax and look out over the water. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back. Such attention to detail with the plants, fountain, pillows, chairs, etc. to make it feel relaxing and homey."

"Hotel looks new and appears to be well kept. Common areas were clean. Pool was cloudy but we used in early evening so it may have been dirty from day's use. Our room appeared clean, but was infested with ants/roaches. I killed two large ants in the evening and woke up to a roach on my headboard and ants all over the desk. Was so disgusted, family refused to eat breakfast at hotel. I am a fan of this brand, but I will not stay here again."

"Everything was perfect except for the few hours they disconnected the power the day after we arrived and it was a bit uncomfortable with the heat. It took a FPL almost 5 hours to get there. Besides that, everything else was great!"
