Hotel was nice - in good shape. The need to use a key to get into everything (even on the elevator) was a little obnoxious, but I imagine it’s a safety thing based on the area. The check-in was quick and smooth. The staff was friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and our room was immaculate. The only issue was that their sent a tv directory in the room.
