Good for a few stays. Staff is great. Stayed in two different rooms and they could have been cleaner. The first one had a wasp inside. Overall clean, but kept finding strands of hair. Wifi did not work on my second stay.

I had stayed in the property a few years ago prior to it being a Hilton property. I saw absolutely no difference in it being owned by Hilton. Very dated decor, bed was very soft, rooms were very minimally furnished. Shampoo/conditioner either empty or almost empty during my trip. In the elevator, the button panel was taped into the wall with black electrical tape. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, or cereal. While it is convenient to the hospital, mall, UE, dining, and shopping, there was a fair amount of highway noise. I've stayed in all of the hotels on this street and this was my least favorite. Just not what I would expect at all from a Hilton property, no matter how budget friendly it might be.
