We arrived late for our check-in and had called ahead to the property to keep our food safe that we ordered from uber eats and would arrive before us. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond and provided us plates and spoons so we could eat it. Also the facility was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was hot and good.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was so good even my wife gave it compliments. The lady cooking the breakfast was working hard making sure everything was stocked and the guests needs were met. By far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The pool was nice and the kids had fun.

Well it’s a fairly new Hyatt Place. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Layout of the room was perfect for our overnight stay. A 12 minute walk to the casino felt safe if that is your thing. Parking was 10$ which was fine, very easy to park. Property was popular, busy but quiet. Breakfast the next morning was one of the better ones out there. The attendant worked hard to ensure that everyone got what they needed and kept things stocked up. A real asset to the property as a nice breakfast offering is important to the vast majority of travelers. Layout of the lobby and privacy areas was great, nice place to sit and relax. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in went smoothly. All in all this is just a great property. Definitely would stay again. Rooms have blackout shades for the late sleeper. Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!
