We have stayed at two separate Comfor Ann & Suite locations this past month. This stay was for 5 days with two adults and a child 4yo. The property was clean and the staff was super nice and was available to help us when we requested new linens and provided excellent service. The pool and hot tub were better than a Hilton we experienced recently as well- it is detached and indoors with floor to ceiling windows which had open floor-side vents to outside which created the perfect atmosphere of fresh air to swim; along with it being saltwater and lightly warmed was just so nice as I am 5months pregnant. Room was spacious and clean- we got a suite with the bedroom tucked in its own area away from the living space. The only single thing was that our tub did not have a working plug so we had to improvise to have a bath but that was ok because the shower worked great including the different shower head functions. Would absolutely stay here again and in fact look forward to doing this same trip again in the future. Breakfast was included and had a mix of hot and cold items to choose from.

Newly renovated 4 Th floor REEKED !!! The Property manger was rude , the bed had a disgusting spot on it & the vending machine for Gatorade is sold out which the manager won’t do anything about ! Second & third shift staff were super nice tho sad I will not be returning

The room was clean, but food was still in the fridge. They seem to be updating the property. The furniture in the room needs some updating, but it was a good size room, but bathroom is really tight. The breakfast area looks updated and is spacious. The food was good and the area was well taken care of by the lady working.

Pool water was actually warm. Hot tub was wonderfully hot. Rooms were comfortable. There was chaos in the hallway until about 2-3 in the morning, but we survived. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The lady that takes care of the breakfast area was FANTASTIC. She deserves a raise and her hard work was enough to get me to come back.

The staff was great really nice folks, the only thing was the furniture of the room, couches, chair desk u name it, was very old and had lots of stains the chair was all peeled, floors had some stains too they just need to remodel and tune up the place a lil more.

The staff was so friendly and kind. That breakfast bar is great. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and have seen the same person running the bar. She is on top of it! Constantly cleaning and refilling the food. Hats off to her! The room wasn’t spotless, but I’ve stayed in worse. For this price, amenities, and location, I can forgive the peeling computer chair and forgotten water bottle behind the nightstand.
