"Very clean, a little run down"

"Pool hot tub broke. Said it was working when I called. My baby nephew was supposed to come to play in the pool. A/c unit outdated made SO much noise I was up all night. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 9 am. My fault I should’ve put the DND sign out. Bed was comfy. Paid a premium price for this mediocre room. "

"Bed where hard. The room wasnt as clean as i would like things could have been cleaner. "

"Climate control is centralized. Meaning, ALL rooms are controlled by one system. Therefore, there is no way yo cool if too hot or warm if too cold. I left for another hotel after being unable to cool a room that was already 80+ degrees and the clerk told me their maintenance person was the only one to change it over and was "unavailable. "

"Breakfast was almost inexistant other than coffee. This hotel shouldn't advertise that there is a Breakfast available. "

"The location was great. Had dinner a couple blocks away at Bostons resturant. Great food."

"I wasn’t there long but it was a great room."

"The staff was great as I left something in the room that was valuable and they called me and held it until I got back to pick it up."
