"Wonderful location and stuff is outstanding, they never fail to impress and surprise. Breakfast is quite nice, the Denver omelette is the best thing along with the sliced smoked sausage. Get rid of the parking fees and the place gets 6 stars."

"Water did not get hot Window blinds did not cover the entire window compromising privacy Staff did not know how to communicate the location of the room and the property was poorly marked (room numbers small and some worn off) so it took lots of walking to figure out where the room was Breakfast was dry cereal and waffles, no selection Charged extra on site for booking with a 3rd party service Room was clean enough"

"At check-in, I was required to pre-sign a form saying I accepted charges for damages to the room-- not possible future damages, but actual extant damages. Apparently, they've had a lot of destructive guests here, and this is their way of protecting themselves. That's unfortunate for them, but their current arrangement (as of 21 May 2026) is an outrage. It's rather nice place otherwise (for the price), but I would not stay here again."

"The treadmills didn’t work and didn’t have an out of order sign on them. I walked around the building for my exercise with a new friend I met he was very nice. Please fix the treadmills and the elevators paint is peeling off and it looks like the floor is rotted by the walls."

"Hotel property beautiful. Location is excellent. Food was delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decor brings down the hotel from a 5star to 3star. Rooms need to be renovated. Lobby, bar and restaurant need to be updated. Bedroom was awful. The toilet seat was small, more for a toddler than an adult. Furniture is tired, dreary, dull, and needs to be replaced."
