"There was no cold water in the shower and fridge leaked. A code was sent to who knows how to enter the room with code and room number but because I booked through wotif I didn’t get it so had to enter reception which was locked. Gentleman opened the door and wrote information on a wripped off peice of paper. Outside lights came on very late so difficulty seeing room number and needed phone light to see pin pad when we arrived at 6.30"

"Our room in general was spotlessly clean, however some areas must be missed in the cleaning schedule. When I went to close our curtains on arrival there were a lot of cobwebs on them. The back of the sliding bathroom door had splatters of stuff on it and the inside of the microwave was filthy. Our mattresses were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in them every time you moved. Sheets, blankets, quilts were spotless and super warm and comfy. Air-conditioning was perfect. Shower, toilet and basin were spotlessly clean. Kitchenette sinks, cupboards, utensils, floors were super clean. Plenty of parking and lovely quiet area. We enjoyed our stay, but because of the uncomfortable mattresses we probably won't stay again."

"At night funny noises and feel like insecticide smells coming from the bathroom, the drainage system not running smoothly."

"Awesome newly renovated self contained unit..Exceeded all our expectations - nice new everything incl all needed cooking utensils and proper cookware. Hope future guests look after all of that and not mistreat it. Awesome place. Will be back ! "

"Average property in need of maintenance and a few dollars spent. Stayed in a cabin. Staff attitude/unfriendliness upon arrival was noted. The property location is good. Out of town and quiet. "

"Reasonable Motel. When checked in asked what time the spa closed, was advised not till morning time. I tried to go for a spa at 6pm and the gates were locked, manager advised was closed already. On the first day for housekeeping we returned to find the bed was just pulled up over clothes, the floor was not swept, very sandy, no fresh milk, or new toiletries. just fresh bin bag. Water stayed hot for less than a minute then went warm each shower, weird."

"Great to have a Kitchen in each block of units, just 3 blocks, and also breakfast included. Parking is great, super close to the Showgrounds, which was great for us. Easy check in and out - would stay again. Clean room, bit small - but enough with the large lounge area, next to the kitchen."
