"The Palace Hotel, Cervia is an excellent hotel of its kind in Cervia with excellent premises. and mainly excellent and pleasant frontline staff, except perhaps one. The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it.     "The hotel is outdated, but it’s clean and functional. Everything works as it should, and for a short stay it’s perfectly fine.
