"Only negative about this property is the musky rooms. Have stayed here twice now and even in 2 seperate buildings, both rooms were exactly the same. But i am still giving it 5 stars because the price and perks definitely make up for the muskyness. My kids think this is the greatest place with the free pool, mini put, shuffleboard, soccer pool, cornhole, ping pong and pool movie night. They also have regular pool and air hockey, but you have to pay for those, but they are 75 cents a game. As im typing this my boys are catching frogs on the waterfall structure. Core memories for sure! If you have a young family I highly recommend this hotel if you can look past a musky room. "

"Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service"
