"Great location, easy check in. Was a little disappointed the the activity guy- he only answered with yes or no answers and did not offer any suggestions or things to do. There may not have been anything but he did not even say that. I kind of expected him to be more friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the bed was awful. I think it is time to replace the mattress. I did let ve the location and the history of the hotel itself!"

"The staff was wonderful. We were able to check-in an hour early. Our room was very comfortable with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good and the dining room was very nice. We did have to go down some stairs, so I’m not sure how it would work for handicapped. We were right outside the pool and the grounds were very pretty to look at and walk around. We would recommend this hotel to anyone especially with children."

"We loved the sauna/cold plunge. Rained on our trip so wasn't able to use the pool but it looked inviting. The location was very well located. We enjoyed how the property was off the main strip for its quietness. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and room temperature was perfect. Disappointment is it didn't have a coffee pot in room. Would return to this property."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Woodsman Lodge in Eureka Springs! The cabin was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, and we loved the peaceful setting. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our anniversary getaway. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, yet it still felt secluded. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. A more supportive mattress would have made the stay even better. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"We have stayed here before and really liked it. Found out it is under new ownership but everything was just as great as it was previously. I always recommend The Lodge to friends looking for a clean, friendly place to stay. Ask for a room off the back patio, we sat out there in the evenings. They have a great pool as well. Very family-friendly."
