"This is definitely a hidden gem in Eureka Springs. Everything from the office staff to the rooms was amazing. The most comfortable hotel beds & pillows you will ever find. The girls recommended us to get on the trolley in front of the hotel #18 instead of trying to drive & find parking downtown & they were so right!!! Saved us so much time & $$. Recommended us their favorite local restaurants. 5 star!!!!!!"
