Trailhead Lodge

8/10 Good

"The room was clean and recently renovated. Everything offered worked well. There isn't any vending or anything like that so bring snacks.. I visited in mid September and in the 18 hours I was there I never saw a staff member. The office was locked with a note on the door saying to dial the number for assistance. The gentalman gave me a door code and were on our own. But it was quiet and peaceful."

"I absolutely love this place. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Only thing I would add for improvement is inside the room. There needs to be something inside the shower to set amenities on instead of the floor. The fridge needs to placed on a table or stand and definitely needs a small microwave. I will definitely be back next year😊"

"I stayed in one of the rooms at the back of the property. Room was a very nice size, the jacuzzi style tub was awesome! Bed was comfortable. Took advantage of the breakfast the first morning and it was good. The lady looking after things was very pleasant and she kept it well stocked. Overall a very nice stay, I would recommend it."

"Cabin was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. TV was nice and great selection of channels. WiFi didn’t work well. Showers are very small. Parking is very tight if you have a pickup. But all parking is tight in Eureka Springs. Fridge and microwave worked great but there is no supplies to cook with. Have to bring your own. Very quiet. Very pretty location."

"For a Motel, it was pretty good. The gentleman at the front was helpful and warmly. However, the front desk had its lights off and everything looked closed. The rooms were clean, comfy, and cute. The interior design wasn't bad at all. I would not mind staying again. My only genuine complaint: Hotels.com makes it look a lot closer to the downtown strip than it really is, almost as if it's walking distance, but it wasn't."
