Large sized room (King Bed). The carpet could really use updating as well as the refrigerator provided in the room. I could not open the fridge door all the way because it hit the floor and would get stuck. Room was clean, gave us plenty of towels, coffee maker worked. If the beds were updated we would stay again but until then I will pass as I don't like feeling the springs of the mattress.

Week long stay in the Redwoods!

There for a week for business and sight seeing. Staff was friendly and bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean. However, room chair, floor, TV remote, door handles, and light switches were not cleaned and sanitized for covid. We did not expect that! We did it ourselves since we didn't want anyone entering our room during our stay. We had a major problem with their wifi. It was weak, slow, spotty, and intermittent. Caused lag and delay problems for our business zoom calls in the room. We are use to good connectivity for that price. We eventially ended up tethering to our phones using our hotspots to get strong, consistent signal streaming without interruptions. Otherwise, the trip was nice and the scenery was gorgeous.

Can’t complain!

I just wanted a good deal for the best conditions I could get for the price. King size bed is not typical in hotels, but I got one! I was not looking for a resort, just a place to sleep and clean up for the next day. It was not dirty at all, just an older place. Very conveniently located for my purposes. North end of town, just as you come in.

Getaway weekend

Nice quiet area. Room was clean and big. The mattress a bit uncomfortable but we only stayed two night for a birthday get away. Eureka was nice place to visit.

Friendly staff and well kept room. Right now there is roadwork going on, so you will hear some noise from the steel plates on the road. I thought it would be much worse, though - it did not prevent me from sleeping well.

Clean room but noisy location

More of a working man's hotel. lots of noise between 6 and 7 a.m. lots of road noise until about 10 pm. Definitely bring a noise maker or someyhing else too help sleep well.

Bandaids used.. stitches needed.

Given a Friday night, (Father’s Day weekend), and in eureka, it was not worth $84. Room was crusty looking with musty smell. Terrible condition everything, paper thin walls, on a noise street. Not sure how this place has the good reviews it does.. the front desk lady was nice though.

Disappointed in room quality

The rooms look like they are being remodeled, but there is paint on the ceiling, windows, curtains, light fixtures, etc. Very sloppy work. The comforters were stained and we had to ask them to be changed. I dont feel we received the quality room for the price paid. Service was friendly. We will not stay here again.
