Disliked: Communication
The guest did not reach out and our room was double booked. We had to travel over an hour and find more accommodations. It was hard to find and the cleaning lady that lives there said it has been happening a lot lately. Very unhappy. It had been a very long trip for us from Mexico to Canada. Not one issue until her. Please check it out before you go. It is not what it appears in photos.
