"Remodeled nice smelling clean rooms. The stuff was very polite and I had accidentally chose a smoking room by mistake and he was able to accommodate and put me in a non smoking room"

"Staff was very rude from the hotel clerk to I’m guessing the property manager. There was something that looked like blood one of the rooms light switch and the door was hard to open because it’s dragging the floor. My other room was okay other than black crumbs on one of the beds. The whole time we was there if felt like they were waiting for a reason to tell us something. He even told the guest he asked to leave that he don’t need her money. He said that you’re only allowed to have over for an hour or two in your room. I used to book there often bout NOT ANYMORE. Most of my issue with the rude clerk was from Expedia’s mess up. "

"The hotel is not a 8 start hotel like the site says. The pool area not maintained I was scared to use the pool, My room had a broken sofa bed, there was no maintenance on property , no housekeeping on property. I made serval trips to front desk for towels. There was also a coffee maker in the room but no cups no ,coffee pot ,and no coffee. We were so uncomfortable we shorted our vacation early. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are on vacation and want to have a good experience . I also made a complaint to corporate office but no response yet it’s being a week , I also included pictures."

"The room was clean, the only thing was there was what looked like pubic hair all in the shower. There is no elevator so you have to climb stairs and it is a little warm in the hall and a little stinky. The room however smells clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it was open and looked very nice. Would stay again!"
