Service was phenomenal - we checked in way after hours and the host made all the efforts to accomodate us, which enabled us to safely arrive and get to our room :) Breakfast was very good as well. "Parking wasn't the best. We loved the breakfast/room... The TV could not be switched to translate English during the Olympics... Not really why we were there, but would have been nice in the evenings. Amazing location though and very convenient to shops!! "
