"The hotel is very accommodating and responsive. Anytime I called to the lobby from my room, even during late hours, they came to my room and helped with whatever I needed. Parking was a breeze and the steward came down and helped us with our suitcases. The location is right at the plaza. The restaurant was very good and had excellent drinks. The staff were awesome! The rooms are so beautiful with all the bells and whistles. It is truly worth every peso!"

This place did not feel safe at all, we contacted expedia customer service to cancel and get a refund. After a long conversation with the agent, he tried communicating with the front desk of this hotel which seemed almost impossible. I also made several attempts to communicate with them by phone, email and had no response. We had 4 rooms reserved, despite the loss of money for all rooms we all decided to leave the property to go rent somewhere else. I insisted expedia to get a full refund for not staying in this property but they denied it. "
