"The owner and staff were super helpful. AMA inv restaurant. Great view. Spacious and very quiet room. 2 Albanian boys who grew up in Italy opened this hotel a year ago. Very hopeful and high potential but seems like still trying to figure out. So customer must be patient. No phone in the room. Some inconvenience No facial tissues. guests must message the owner on WhatsApp for any requests. The toilet seat cover didn’t stay up. Shower drain was slow but the owner fixed it immediately. The major problem is the location. On Expedia, hotel is located in town and described only 2 min from town center but it’s actually located at the top of the hill which takes nearly 40 min climbing on the foot or 15 min by taxi which is about $20. So you need a car or money for the taxi to stay here. Plus. No restaurants or stores near by. I complained to Expedia for the incorrect information which incurred major unexpected expenses on the transportation. Also. The whole town loses the electricity daily often. When it happens, no water either. The country is just started developing. So I would recommend to wait 10 years before visiting."

"One of the loveliest places we have ever visited. Impeccably clean and spacious rooms, comfortable and soft beds. Amazing balcony with an unreal view. The restaurant is super modern and beautiful with an amazing sea view. The food is also so high end and delicious in the restaurant. The beach and deck overlooks an amazing sea Mountain View. Super helpful and sweet staff, unmatched hospitality and 24/7 desk. They are flexible and kind, giving the best recommendations for things to do in the area. Walking distance to the main promenade. Fantastic value for money and couldn’t recommend enough!!"

"Lovely room with balcony. Perfect location, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a great plus. Only downside was temporary construction work being done on the upper levels, which was quite noisy during the day. Sara at the front desk was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and make my stay in Sarande memorable. "

"The "hotel" is more like an apartment and hard to access unless you're driving, especially if you have mobility issues. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my ground-floor apartment booking was changed without notice to an“upgrade” that was nothing of the sort.The receptionist also made a rude comment about whether I was American or something to that effect. It felt dismissive, like he was questioning why I expected help, or that I was being unreasonable.The apartment wasn’t properly prepared—there was outdoor furniture inside, dirty cookware, no hand soap, and incomplete cutlery. Although he tried to get me the items I requested, there were still issues. For example, I asked for a bowl, but he claimed that bowls aren’t available in Albania, which I know isn’t true. Bowls are commonly used for salad, yogurt-based dishes, and soups. Next the receptionist acknowledged that the room gets cold so he went and brought a duvet/blanket but this is something that also put me off having to possibly be cold. The kettle didn’t work, and when I asked to swap it, none of the others worked either. The receptionist was combative and unhelpful when I voiced concerns.The photos on the website were misleading, showing sea views that didn’t exist in my room. Overall, the place is poorly managed, and if you're looking for a better experience, there are plenty of cleaner, more organized options in the area. This trip was for my 30th birthday, and I ended up leaving for a better place."
