"The host and staff was very welcoming, kind, friendly, supportive and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, many choices to choose from. It was close to the airport; shops and restaurants. We stayed for a night family of 5, it was ok. Big shout out to all staff who took care of us. The host was great in direction to place we wanted to go and any enquires, serve us snacks and ordered us food as we arrived late."

"The apartments were so spacious and really nice. We got there super early but they were so accommodating and offered great recommendations to beaches and food in the area. The only thing I didn’t like was they told us we could get a shuttle to and from Corfu Old Town but when we did the driver was not very nice. He dropped us off but when it was time to go back we reached out way before 11pm , got no response so we had to get a cab and as soon as we arrive , he’s sitting outside the hotel on his phone. When he sees us he runs inside. I didn’t like that. Even if you had another trip , someone could have responded. He lost out on a good tip."

"Quaint and comfortable luxury in Corfu Town This is exactly the type of hotel I love to stay in when I visit Europe and the Med. We stayed here for 3 nights. It is owner-run with pride and enthusiasm. We took 2 rooms, one on ground floor with its own entrance and another on the first floor with a little balcony. Airconditioned in a beautifully renovated Venetian-styled building. The rooms are very comfortable; modern where you need them to be and with character to remind you where you are and bring you closer to the soul of the place. The rooms are obviously spotless too with every amenity including fabulous Nuxe bath products. The Murano glass lamps are a lovely nod to the town’s Venetian influence. Well-designed and spacious. House-keeping is top-notch. Front desk staff are exceptional and always smiling and eager to help. You get to know them on a first name basis. They offer good advice and assistance. Alexandra makes a delicious breakfast, which is really the best way to start the day. Great Freddo Espresso and cheese pie, always delicious and fresh. The location worked perfectly for us. Minutes from the airport, as everywhere in Corfu town is (but no noise). We taxi-ed into the town when it was hot and walked back along the coastline promenade when the temperature was cooler at night. We rented a car and explored the island. We absolutely loved it at Acanthus Blue. And we had a ball in Corfu. Thank you for taking such good care of us."

"We have stayed here before when needing to be close to the airport, our room was smaller and the bathroom older this time but in was very clean, good air con, and modern fridge with bottles of water. Apart from location, it’s the staff that make this place so good. They are really helpful, bar food was good and breakfast is varied."
