"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. However, on one of the nights, I noticed a stain on the bedsheets. I requested that they be changed, and the staff promptly took care of it, which I appreciated. Despite this minor issue, I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially for its convenient location and friendly service."

"The main part of the hotel is loaded in the 16th century Palace. There were no heirs when the last owner died. He left it to the city and they’ve added two extensions to the palace, which are wonderful views all with balconies… there were only 88 rooms in this hotel. It looks like there could be 300 but they did it so everyone has a balcony and could look out.!!! the staff were great!! Jessica and Caterina especially. The check-in was quick. I asked for an upgrade it happened the next day…. Wonderful location much better than staying in historic center of Lisbon, which I’ve done before I’m in Paco fu Arco area of Lisbon.. Great location!!"
