"Great atmosphere and location. I came for a conference at Jacks Urban Meeting Place. It was an easy walk. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping options nearby. I enjoyed dinner downstairs as well as a drink, and the Highlander bar on the roof was a great place for a group get together after the meeting. Fire pits made it tolerable on the roof despite being fairly cool outside."

"This was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely hard-working and warm with a smile. I saw multiple times staff wiping door handles and other surfaces. It was clean and the pool was heated. The pool was really cute too if you have kids. Parking was very convenient. You can park on the same level your room is on in the hotel. Awesome location to walk around and check out what Downtown Boise has to offer. I definitely recommend and will come back if I have the chance. Delicious breakfast. Husband approved too!! "
