"From front desk to pool to beach, all the staff is excellent. In the summer evenings, the mosquitos and noseeums are really, really bad. If you have a ground floor room by a stairwell, it can be noisy. Notwithstanding, we will definitely visit and stay again."

"We arrived at 13 hours. They told us that room was not ready. We waited for 35 minutes and asked again. They told us that we will receive a text message when was ready. Asked for a time. We have an appointment at 15 hours. They didn't know. We ended changing our clothes in the car at the parking lot. Message enter at 15:52 that the room was ready. The hotel alarm started sounding at 7:45 next day. If you have those clock alarms the staff should erase the wake up time."

"I would love to give this resort 5- stars but the a/c issue with my unit is the deduction of the star. The property is immaculate. The landscaping, club house, pool area, lazy river is a 10/10. The unit I was in had issues with the a/c and would not cool down. It progressively got worse each night. I reached out to the front desk and maintenance came by. He shared that this was the fifth time that a service call was made to this unit. Management had refused to repair unit. Maintenance came by and brought me a portable unit for the bedroom. I ended up cutting my trip short by a night."

"Amazing resort! I can’t say enough. The 2 bedroom suite was absolutely amazing! The room and resort super clean. Absolutely loved the resort pool and bar/ restaurant. Get the nachos!!!! had the best day with the family at the pool listening to great live music. Took the convenient shuttle to the beach to watch the sunset. Can’t wait to come back."
