Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
I’m not impressed with the minimal of information regarding checking in, arrived didn’t know which one my apartment is, which block, they didn’t provide no water bottles and I arrived very late when everything was closed. You have to go to the office to get the keys which is frustrating not sure why they don’t just keep the key by the flat. There was no extra towels, no extra bedsheet, no beach towel for the pool! The beds are extremely uncomfortable mattresses are very bad for your back. You pay for cleaning but they expect you to give the flat back tidy, rubbish put away and dishes put in the dishwasher! Never faced so much rules when renting. Also they want the keys before 11 and you have to drop off the keys to their office. How stressful rushing to get things ready, find a taxi and stop by their office. Again, never had to drop any keys anywhere I was always told to leave them on the table.
The house is well equipped, pool is nice but there’s a very nosy neighbour who complains and gets involved in peoples business. The area is the best thing as there always something to look forward for and do. Also the supermarket is convenient
