Family friendly Hotels in Estepona, Andalusia

"Booked a 4 bed room but only two beds in room and not enough pillows or towels. Found trash under the bedside table including nail cuttings, after complaining and showing pictures they still did not clean it up after 3 days stay. Went for dinner at the buffé right at opening and food was already cold and the whole experience felt overpriced. We booked the hotel for the Indoor pool but it was closed for renovation in the indoor season(stupid) horrible experince and will write a google review to not recommend staying at this hotel "

"The hotel is a very large one sitting in large grounds. Everything is perfectly maintained, we were early in the season and things were being cleaned, repaired and painted ready for the main season. The staff are all well dressed, friendly and helpful. The room we had on the 6th floor was fantastic and we had a good view of the sea and got every sunset. The cleaning staff were very good at their jobs and I never felt that anything would go missing. Plenty of hot water, good shower, bath too, pair of sinks. We had hired a car at the airport and we had been informed there would be plenty of parking, unfortunately they didnt mention the cost. I think we paid just under £80 for 7 nights parking which I was not happy about. Also upon arrival we were offered an upgrade from half board to all inclusive for the price of £480, we declined and they didnt push it again. The drinks were not cheap, the local beers were not particularly great, we ended up drinking very little all week and was pleased we had not gone all inclusive. The breakfasts were pretty much the same every day, something that vaguely looked like bacon, beans, eggs, mushrooms, etc as well as cereal, toast, meats, cheese, coffee and juices, the main issue we had here was that everything was just warm or cold!! In the end we discovered the microwave and sat near that so we could nuke our food so it was hot. Evening meals were different every night, there was a choice."

"There was an odour of an old rag (mold?) every time open thé main door of the appart beside that we did enjoy our stay!"

"Very courteous staff. The room however was cold, dark and miserable. It was in need of a complete renovation. The heating wasn’t working and we had to sleep with clothes/ spa robe on."

"The hotel has a great location. Food was ok nothing special. The rooms are dated and need some maintenance. The staff try their best except it is amazing to me there was no free bottle water in the room or robe since it a spa hotel. My massage with Laura was great!"
