"I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Kom sent, ingen parkering. Fikk lov til å stå oppå fortauet. Topp. Stort kult rom. Litt dodgy at det ikke var vindu på rommet, men ellers bra. Måtte bære kofferten siste etasje pga heisen gikk ikke så langt opp. Flott frokost! Likte dette hotellet godt. "

"Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. Les is about a 30 min drive but far enough to be uncrowded and quiet. Stayed with my GF and...

"Hôtel vieillissant. Peinture écaillée dans les couloirs, odeur d'humidité. Ménage perfectible dans les chambres: poubelle salle de bain non vidée, grille VMC salle de bain pleine de poussière. Plus rien au petit déjeuner en arrivant 45 min avant la fin. Plis de vienoisseries, plus de café, plus de jus d orange. Quelques tranches de brioche sèches sûrement de la veille voire plus. Malgré ma remarque, aucun geste commercial en compensation. Cela aurait été appréciable. "

"Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent très pénibles. La literie est correct. Le personnel a l'accueil et très serviable et souriant. Piscine et sauna trop petit pour le nombre d'appartements."
