"Super clean and lovely pool. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms / shower was very nice. Mattress was decently comfortable. The area doesn’t have much to do but there is a bus-stop going to Fira, Kamari Beach, airport or Perissa, and you can get anywhere else from Fira. There is also a supermarket, ATM and shop near the bus stop. Buses are decently frequent though can be busy. They cost 2.20 Euro each trip. Overall I would recommend for a peaceful, quiet stay. If you want restaurants and activities on your door step without a bus then better to stay in Fira. Overall definitely recommend this hotel."

"This hotel was absolutely fab! We had the honeymoon sweet and I can say this was all we needed! It was so quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was great everyday! The hotel is also a 6 minute walk to a plaza that has many restaurants and a couple souvenir shops. The hotel is also near the kastelli and about a 10 minute walk up the stairs. Overall we had a great experience with sky falls and if I come back this will definitely be my go to spot"

"Exceptional Stay at Hermes Hotel – A True Gem in Kamari! We have just returned from a fabulous week at Hermes Hotel, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. Because it’s a smaller hotel, it has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere where the staff have genuine time to devote to their guests—everyone was consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. A special Thankyou to Albina for her care and attention when we had the very slightest issue. The pool area is stunning—thoughtfully designed, impeccably landscaped, and fitted with high-quality, comfortable furniture that makes relaxing easy. The food was another huge highlight: the buffet breakfast is honestly one of the best we’ve ever experienced, and the à la carte dishes and drinks served at the restaurant were top quality and fantastic value. Location-wise, it’s ideal. It was a easy 5-to-10-minute stroll to the football ground for the local bus stop, which made exploring Fira and Oia effortless. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Hermes Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini!"

"Pros - staff were great, so friendly & helpful, pool is amazing - we had a pool in our room which was great and perfect temp. Room size is really generous & spacious for the Eurphoria suite. Gym is one of the best hotel gyms . Spa is beautiful & really enjoyable experience, the messages are great. Water all round hotel, fruit at breakfast, toiletries quality of body wash/ shampoo etc was excellent. coffee machine in room with a big fridge, Towels were always stocked. They have an app which is great and staff super responsive on WhatsApp, pool food was good too! Cons - a few areas where the hotel let itself down and to be a true 5 star I think it needs to be better at certain areas, firstly, there should be speakers in the room, although room was big it was lacking , the hotel did also not replace the vanity kits which was very frustrating, I believe there should be a free shuttle into Fira, instead taxis are really expensive and the hotel use a 3rd party company that charge more than local taxis. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, there was only a limited choice of different eggs. For a 5 star hotel it should not be machine coffee and should cater for omelettes, fried , poached etc. there was constant rubbish left around the bins not collected which is not pleasant. Parts of the hotel were “closed for renovation” - restaurant/ vitamin bar/gift shop. This felt like a cover up for not opening due to quieter times which is quite misleading & we observed no construction"

"Stunning. Stunning. Stunning. 10/10. The views were breathtaking from this property. Exactly what you see in the photos is what you'll experience in person. The food was delicious. Beautiful private room with beautiful view of the town and sea. Spa was gorgeous. And the staff, second to none. They were literally the best part. We felt like they were there just for us. Whatever we needed: transportation, suggestions for things to do, even offered a blanket to sit out and watch the view by the pool. So kind and friendly. Thank you North Santorini! We will be back!"
