"when I booked this hotel for one night in Santorini I was not sure what to, expect but getting there and went inside I was very surprised at the spaciousness of the room and it was like a studio and the price was amazing. The manager called us and asked if we needed help with anything. We had breakfast delivered in the morning!!! It was amazing. LOVE the place, very very clean and up to date. All amenities very included. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY"

"A really fantastic place to stay. Very clean, stylish and modern room. And Dimitra the receptionist was amazing! Super responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Pros: - The breakfast! So delicious - Helpful reception - Clean and spacious rooms - Beautiful views from the balcony Cons: - Hot tub was more of a lightly warm heated plunge pool rather than quite hot - Wifi was patchy Overall would definitely stay here again!"

Aja Retreat Luxury Suites

"We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Aja Retreat and genuinely struggled to find reasons to leave. The standout feature was the attention to detail. The property was spotlessly clean throughout our stay, with housekeeping doing an exceptional job every day, including cleaning and checking the plunge pool. Breakfast was a great start to each morning, with a good selection and different egg dishes available across the week, which added a nice bit of variety. The setting is beautiful and everything feels high quality, from the furniture and décor to the bedding and finishing touches. It manages to feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The team were fantastic. They were always quick to respond to questions and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations that led to some of our favourite meals of the trip. The location was perfect for us, close enough for an easy stroll to the beach while still feeling peaceful and secluded. A few minor points for balance. The outdoor plug socket didn’t work during our stay, although this wasn’t a big issue. The pillows were quite firm and, despite Expedia mentioning a pillow menu, we were told this isn’t offered. Expedia also advertises spa facilities, which doesn’t appear to be accurate and probably needs updating. These were very small issues in an otherwise superb stay. Aja Retreat gets the important things absolutely right: cleanliness, comfort, service and atmosphere. We’d happily return!"

"We were well received, and Nancy made sure to meet us at the property and welcome us in. She let us know about all the amenities, the activities and places to go in Santorini within an hour of getting to the property. A rental car was arranged for us and brought to us, which was really helpful. Hotel was just as the picture was described squeaky clean, and well maintain I would stay again."

"I came to the hotel to find NO ONE around to check me in. Before I arrived I was told to notify the hotel of my estimated arrival. I messaged the hotel 2-3 times and had no reply. My flight had been delayed significantly so by time I reached Santorini my battery was very low. Once I got to the hotel, it was completely dark and no one was around to greet me. This was around 10:30pm. I had less than 10% battery. At this point I was panicked. I called the number I found through Expedia. No answer to multiple calls. I left a message as well. After 20 mins a random couple who just so happened to be staying 2 nights like myself, turned up! I was incredibly relieved as I don't know what I would've done with no internet and no battery. We all searched the office for the hotel (which was completely opened) and were amazed to find that someone's ID was in there, free for the taking. As well as various keys and valuables. At this point I cant believe that this is happening...we eventually find a number we call and it reaches the host and he very calmly says hes coming to check us in. He was a very nice guy and at this point I was too tired and fed up to appear very angry. But this kind of check in is completely unacceptable. I was only waiting 45 mins or so altogether but the panic I felt was so unpleasant afrer a day of traveling and a flight delayed by nearly 3 hours. He upgrades me to a room with a jacuzzi but I never used it. A very nice hotel, but the start affected my stay."

"Joanna, the receptionist was amazing. She literally was the best part of my vacation as she was very attentive, kind, professional, sweet, and overall gave great suggestions for me to choose from to make my trip the best I've had in awhile. The suite was well maintained and was nicely located with great views of the sea, the winery, and the villages of Prygos. The plunge pool was very nice, though I didn't expect it to be salt water. My only critique is that the housekeeper knocked on my room door really hard each day which often caused disturbance to my sleep. So as a recommendation, it would be helpful to the future guests if Alunia Incognito Suites provide Do Not Disturb cards or signs to hang on the door so that housekeeping knows when not to disturb. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to all future travelers. Joanna deserves a raise. She's the best!!"
