"I went to Morelia to say goodbye to my husband he died July 3. He loved Morelia it was a very rough time. But your employees made it very good for me and my brother. I stayed in central historical hotel. My mind was on my husband and not on anything else. I forgot and left out an envelope of money over 1,000 American dollars and 1,000 dollars in pesos. And amazing Elena who cleans my room found the envelope. Put it in a safe place and didn’t take any money. You have amazing employees. And made a very bad time for me bearable. Thank you"

"This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The upkeep of the building, furnishings and decorations are top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and parking for 2 nights cost me 300 pesos. The parking is super convenient. On site at the front door of the property, under watchful eye of the front door staff. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Some have mentioned lack of hot water for the shower, but we never had this issue. It could be because we shower early in the morning before other guests may be doing so, putting pressure on the hot water trying to keep up with increased demand. The area around the hotel is lively at night with many walkable dining options. The cathedral is also walking distance, approximately 10 blocks or so. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again without hesitation."
