"On 27th September 2024, I booked a stay at Hôtel Les Demoiselle through Hotels.com, only to find that the hotel was closed upon my arrival. This left me distressed and without a place to stay. Clearly, I did not receive the service I paid for as the hotel was CLOSED. So I contacted Hotels.com and Hotel Les Demoiselle for a refund but the hotel have refused to give me refund, they have also offered no justification for this. "Personal, Abendessen und Frühstück großartig! Die beiden Damen waren rührig und stets für jeden da! Aber 2 Angestellte für ein großes Hotel definitiv zu wenig. Aschenbecher im Außenbereich wurden nicht geleert, tote Käfer auf der Terasse und Vogelkot. Die Lüftungsanlage viel zu laut und nur 1 Handtuch im Badezimmer. Und dann hieß es zunächst noch, mein Zimmer sei nicht bezahlt. Musste erst Kontobeläge runterladen, dass per Expedia längst alles bezahlt war... aber sonst alles gut;)"
