"What an amazing property. Beautiful grounds, gardens where they grow many of the ingredients for their meals, amazing views from the rooms facing the water, conveniently located, and most important of all, is the top of the class staff. So helpful, so thoughtful, so friendly, so “Let me think outside the box.” Not only do I say I would stay here again, I’m in the process of making future plans to do so."

"We had a room with a Queen which felt like a king ( we are tall), and a single bed. The beds were very comfortable. The blackout shades worked very well. The air conditioning was great. The bathroom was fine, the shower door leaked water onto the floor, but everything was adequate. The room was big. A small closet with shelves was built along the wall. There was no Klennix, pen or paper, or stand for a second suitcase. Every night we had to have our key cards re-magnetized or they would not open the room door, a bit annoying. Breakfast ok, better to find a cafe or patisserie which were great in Annemasse. The rates were very affordable. Need a car to stay here but a great alternative to staying in Geneva if you have a car. Can get a tram from Geneva to Annemasse, but that is as far as it goes right now. Overall, a nice bright hotel, very reasonable rates. Would stay again. There is also free parking."

"Very helpful staff, the place is run by a family, wife at reception, and hotel duties, husband restaurant . Good food, not worth looking about for an alternative. The park with a lake opposite is beautiful and well worth a walk. The town is clean and cared for. I fully recommend the place."

"What a great hotel! It felt very luxurious and was quite relaxing just off the lake but with some breathtaking views. Very walkable to the center of Evian and nearby ferry to Lausanne, which made a great day trip. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool was magnificent. We look forward to staying here again one day."
