Convenient to the station and shops. Ideal for our football trip. I wish I'd checked more closely as there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and I really missed them.

No triple rooms?

We specifically booked this hotel as the triple rooms are sold as having 3 single beds. What we got was a standard double room with a single mattress just squeezed into the gap at between the bed and window. Very unhelpful when the issue was raised and they said they didn’t have any such rooms although they really couldn’t be bothered to speak to us. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

Die Sauberkeit insgesamt war in Ordnung, man hat aber gemerkt, dass das Hotel insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen ist und eine Renovierung benötigt. 3 von 4 Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionieren nicht, der Türknauf zum Bad ist abgefallen, der Duschkopf müsste auch mal getauscht werden. Also Entschuldigung wurde uns sogar ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten. Unser Highlight hier

Ich war beruflich in Duisburg und fand die Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr praktisch, auch wenn das Umfeld vor allem am Abend nicht so angenehm ist. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend.

Ich konnte unseren Fehler, 2 Buchungen anstatt einer nicht rückgängig machen - mir unverständlich, unflexibles System....kein Gutschein möglich, kein finanzieller o. kulanter Ausgleich...... Das hatte ich nicht erwartet, wusste auch nichts von 2fachem Klick..... demnächst bestelle ich nur noch telefonisch.

Hervorragendes Personal, besonders ein junger Mann.( Nico?) Abfluss lief kaum ab. Handwerker Problem.dennoch ärgerlich. Sehr, sehr freundlicher Umgang zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit 👍👍👍 Ich hatte 2 kleine Hunde dabei. Auch die Vierbeiner waren herzlich willkommen. Das war super. Der Bahnhof ist halt seltenst eine harmonische und saubere Gegend... Gerne wieder.Alleine wegen der freundlichen, kreativen, flexiblen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten!

Das Hotelzimmer ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Einrichtung ist teilweise beschädigt. Nachts roch es leider nach Zigarettenrauch, was komischerweise am Nachmittag noch nicht der Fall war. Vorsicht wer hier empfindlich ist. Aber für den günstigen Preis und eine Nacht war es trotzdem voll okay.
